We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied with the course within this period, you may request a full refund subject to the following conditions:

Eligible for Full Refund if:

  • Refund request is made within 7 days of enrollment date
  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded any course materials or certificates
  • No assignments or assessments have been submitted
  • The request is submitted through proper channels (email to [email protected])

Note: The 7-day period begins from the date of successful enrollment and payment confirmation, not from the date of course commencement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

No Refund if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since enrollment date
  • You have accessed 20% or more of the course content
  • You have downloaded course materials, resources, or code repositories
  • Any assignments, projects, or assessments have been submitted
  • A certificate of completion has been issued
  • You have violated our Terms of Service or engaged in misconduct
  • You enrolled using a promotional code, discount, or special offer (unless specified otherwise)
  • Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device compatibility, etc.)
  • Change of personal circumstances (job change, relocation, time constraints, etc.)
  • Dissatisfaction after completing the majority of the course

Refund After 7 Days

After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Serious technical issues with the platform that prevent course access for an extended period
  • Course content significantly deviates from the advertised description
  • Medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances (supporting documentation required)

Such requests will be evaluated at our sole discretion and may result in partial refunds, course credits, or alternative solutions rather than full refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Provide Required Information

  • Full name and registered email address
  • Course name and enrollment date
  • Transaction ID or payment receipt
  • Reason for refund request (detailed explanation)

Step 3: Wait for Review

Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and respond via email

Step 4: Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Review Period: 5-7 business days to review and approve/reject the request
  • Processing Time: 10-15 business days after approval to process the refund
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment. If the original payment method is no longer valid, alternative arrangements will be discussed via email.

Note: Payment gateway charges (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Course Cancellations by DevZnOps

In the rare event that DevZnOps cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a full refund of the course fee
  • Refund will be processed automatically within 10-15 business days
  • Alternatively, you may choose to enroll in another course of equal or lesser value
  • You will be notified via email as soon as the cancellation is confirmed

Promotional Offers & Discounts

Courses purchased using promotional codes, discounts, or special offers are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms. Special conditions include:

  • Flash sales and limited-time offers: Non-refundable
  • Early bird discounts: Subject to standard 7-day refund policy
  • Bundle packages: Refunds apply only if no course in the bundle has been accessed beyond 20%
  • Referral discounts: Standard refund policy applies

Please review the specific terms of any promotional offer before enrollment.

Installment Plans

If you enrolled using an installment or EMI plan:

  • Refunds are calculated based on the total amount paid at the time of refund request
  • Future installment payments will be canceled upon refund approval
  • Any processing fees charged by the EMI provider are non-refundable
  • You remain responsible for installments paid before the refund request was approved

Course Transfers

If you wish to switch to a different course instead of requesting a refund:

  • Course transfers are allowed within 14 days of enrollment
  • You must not have completed more than 20% of the original course
  • The new course must be of equal or lesser value (price difference is non-refundable)
  • If the new course is more expensive, you must pay the difference
  • Only one course transfer is allowed per enrollment

Technical Issues

We strive to provide a seamless learning experience. If you encounter technical issues:

  • We will work to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours
  • Your course access period may be extended to compensate for downtime
  • Refunds for technical issues are considered only if issues persist for more than 7 days without resolution

Technical issues caused by your internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party software are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions & Special Cases

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may consider special refund requests for:

  • Medical emergencies (doctor's certificate required)
  • Bereavement or family emergencies (documentation required)
  • Deployment or military service (official orders required)
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events affecting your ability to complete the course

Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Supporting documentation must be provided. Approved exceptions may result in partial refunds, course credits, or extended access rather than full refunds.
