Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change course prices at any time. Price changes will not affect enrollments already completed.

Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless installment options are offered
  • We accept payment through secure payment gateways (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking)
  • All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors
  • Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address

Refunds

Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review the refund policy carefully before enrolling.

Course Access & Duration

Upon successful enrollment and payment:

  • You will receive access to the course content as specified in the course description
  • Access duration varies by course (typically 6-12 months from enrollment date)
  • Some courses may offer lifetime access as explicitly stated
  • You are responsible for completing the course within the access period
  • Access may be extended at our discretion or for an additional fee

User Conduct

You agree not to:

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., assignments, projects, forum posts). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for educational and platform improvement purposes.

Trademark

"DevZnOps" and related logos are trademarks or trade names of DevZnOps. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Certification

Upon successful completion of course requirements, you may receive a certificate of completion. Certification is subject to:

  • Completing all required modules, assignments, and assessments
  • Meeting minimum passing criteria as specified in the course
  • Full payment of course fees
  • Compliance with these Terms and course-specific requirements

Certificates are issued in digital format and may be verified on our platform. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if obtained fraudulently or through violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers & Limitations

No Employment Guarantee

While we provide career guidance and placement assistance, we do not guarantee employment, job placements, salary levels, or specific career outcomes. Your success depends on various factors including your skills, effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our platform, but we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or available at all times. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances without liability.

Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date course content, but technology evolves rapidly. We do not warrant that course content will be error-free, complete, or current. You are encouraged to verify information independently.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
